Fall/Winter 2025-2026 Basketball League

Registration Information​

​

• Registration: Opens July, 14 2025 - until sold out

  • Registration is taken on an individual basis. Online registration is available (debit/credit cards accepted)

• Open to all Prince William County residents and non-residents 

• Each player pays a registration fee to enter

• Ready Set Sports will place players on teams based on age

• Buddy/sibling same team request are possible (not guaranteed) 

• League registration is subject to close-out prior to the last day of signups

• Game and Practice Location: Ebenezer Church Gym 13020 Telegraph Road Woodbridge, VA 22192 

  • Unless stated otherwise ​

• Co-Parent friendly (kids are not penalized for missing games or practices)

League Updates for Fall/Winter 2025/2026 Season

• ​Buddy Request:

• • Buddy requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to honor them for ages 9 and under.

  • For ages 10 and up, there will be a skills assessment to balance teams, making buddy requests more challenging to accommodate.

  • The timing of registration also affects buddy requests. If one parent signs up in early and another the last day, it may be difficult to honor the request due to rosters filling up.

• Sibling Request:​​

  • ​Sibling requests for players in the same age group will be honored if the registration is completed before November 15 2025.

    • After November 15 2025, it becomes extremely difficult to accommodate. ​

​

• Team Balancing Efforts: ​​

  • Ages 10-11: 

    • Due to these efforts, buddy requests for ages 10-11 may not be feasible.

    • Skills assessments will be conducted to ensure teams are as balanced as much possible.

​

• League Divisions:

  • Age 4-6 

  • Age 7-8 

  • Age 9-11

​

• Jersey Update: 

  • Names can be placed on the back of uniforms for an additional fee starting again in fall/winter 2025. More details to come.

​

• Eligible Teams for Returner Rate/No Jersey Cost:

  • *not guaranteed - only if your child is placed on that team. For example, if 20 kids return with a Wizards jersey, all players can not be on the same team*.

  • Volunteer Coaching Opportunities/Get Involved:

    • ​We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteer coaches to help guide and mentor our young athletes. Registration Cost from July 2025 - December 2025

• Boys & Girls Age  4, 5, & 6 

  • $190.00 one time fee (Uniform not included - Will need to purchase on draft night or pick up day.)

• Boys & Girls Age 7-11

  • $190.00 (Uniform not included - Will need to purchase on draft night or pick up day.)

Uniform Fee For Newcomers or Returners Team Change: 

• ​$50.00 Uniform fee due upon jersey pick up.
