Welcome to Ready Set Sports (RSS) Cheer, where your child can discover the joy of cheerleading! Our program provides young cheerleaders the chance to lead the crowd at Jr. NBA/WNBA and NFL Flag Football games, adding excitement and spirit to the events you love. We provide an exciting opportunity for young cheerleaders to showcase their energy, enthusiasm, and spirit. Whether your child is new to cheerleading or looking to build their skills, our program is designed to foster confidence, teamwork, and fun.

​Fall/Winter Cheer Start Date: December 6, 2025

• Registration is NOW OPEN!!!

• Practices will be once or twice a week for at least a hour.

• Fall 2025 cheerleader season last from December 2025 - February 2026. 

• RSS Jr. NBA/WNBA Cheer Team 

• Ebenezer Church Gym - Jr. NBA Game Basketball Location

Cheer Schedule Times/Dates: 

Practice/game dates will be released during the first/second day of the cheer season. 

• Cheer teams practice on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

• Cheer teams cheer on Saturday for different games throughout the day 

  • IE cheering for Jr. NBA Saturday games for age 7-8 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM​

    • or Jr. NBA Saturday games for age 9-11 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM ​

Who Can Participate?

​Children aged 4 to 14 are welcome to join.

​Your child will learn:

• Sideline chants

• Cheers

• Dances

• Jumps​

Which Games Will RSS Cheer For?

• RSS Cheer will lead the crowd in spirit at scheduled RSS basketball and football games during the summer, fall, and winter seasons.

• Your child will be placed on a game schedule after registration closes. Please note that your child may not always cheer for players in their age group.

Will There Be Halftime Performances?

​Yes, halftime performances will start with simple chants and progress to full cheers and dances as the season goes on.

​

We are excited for the upcoming seasons and the chance to support our young athletes. The success of our program depends on the support of parents and volunteers. If you are interested in being a volunteer coach, please indicate this on the registration form.

• Uniform fee paid separate after season starts: $175.00
